In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, Articles 6, 8, 15, 16, and 17, we inform you that ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V. is a company legally incorporated under the laws of Mexico, with its address at Cordillera del Marquez No. 845 Int. F, Lomas 4a Sección, San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and is responsible for the personal data provided by its clients, employees, suppliers, and any other persons with whom it maintains or has maintained a commercial, labor, asset-related, or business relationship, as required to fulfill obligations derived from various contracts and agreements entered into between private parties and ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V. Such data will be processed in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations.

ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V. has mechanisms to ensure the confidentiality of personal data provided, which will be protected by security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access, or improper disclosure. ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V. is responsible for the information and personal data it possesses, collects, or will collect for the provision of services required under contracts, as well as for carrying out other acts it may perform under applicable laws and its bylaws.

The personal data collected or that may be collected may include the following:

  • Identification and contact details of the applicant: full name, address, telephone number, Tax ID (R.F.C.), email address, marital status, nationality, date of birth, and any general personal data.
     

  • Identification and contact details of contact persons: full name, address, telephone number, Tax ID (R.F.C.), email address.
     

  • Full name, address, telephone number, Tax ID (R.F.C.), email address, and tax information of the company’s Legal Representative.
     

In accordance with the Law, we inform you that the personal data collected will be used for the following purposes:

  • Carrying out all transactions and entering into all other acts that ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V. may perform under the applicable legislation.
     

  • Advertising, promotion, or recommendations among various companies engaged in the same commercial activity as ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V.
     

  • Responding to requests from any competent authority in accordance with the applicable legislation to ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V.
     

  • Communicating with clients, suppliers, and employees—current or former—to address any matters related to contractual, commercial, and/or labor issues.
     

  • Carrying out necessary internal processes, as well as inquiries, investigations, and reviews related to any complaint and/or clarification.
     

  • Inquiries and registration in the databases of Credit Information Societies regarding the credit history of the Legal Representative and/or the company they represent.
     

  • Collection management aimed at recovering overdue accounts, as well as carrying out preventive actions in this regard, including portfolio sales.
     

  • Advertising, promotion, and/or telemarketing of products and services offered by ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V. through any physical or electronic means.
     

ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V. may share the personal data of the applicant, the Legal Representative, and/or the contact persons when it assigns, transfers, and/or negotiates, in any form, the credit rights recorded in the opening agreement executed by them, as well as the promissory note executed thereunder; when the transfer is mandatory, necessary, or convenient in relation to the Credit Rights to any third party providing any product and/or service related to those requested from ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V. or related to the Credit.

The personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the aforementioned legislation. We inform you that you have, at any time, the ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition), which you may exercise through the Administrative Management department. For assistance or advice, you may contact ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V. by telephone from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at +52 (444) 319 9230, or by sending an email to diego.zavala@eslmex.com, where you can obtain the corresponding forms, which must be submitted to ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V. through the applicable channels. Through these means, the applicant may update their data and specify the preferred means for receiving information. In the absence of such specification, ZAVA LOGISTIK, S.A. DE C.V. will freely choose the means it deems appropriate to send such information.
